10am: walk, run, cycle, swim (either in church groups or generally). There are multiple groups already organised.
11am: activities for kids (all to do with water, a dozen stations where kids have to get this water challenge ticked off).
12pm: lunch within church clusters (BYO everything) when Eddie Ozols from Anglican Aid will give a 2 min summary of how the funds will be utilised.
We will enjoy a “Biggest Morning Tea” in the church hall. Together with an interesting speaker, some great music and delicious scones, there will be a "home made” stall.

This workshop gives people not trained as counsellors some basic tips and skills for how to recognise and deal with difficult behaviours in people who have undergone trauma (such as is usually the case with refugees). The course includes Vicarious Trauma, Boundaries and Self Care. It is recommended that participants have at least attended Module 1 for Accidental Counselling to be of most benefit.
